Q: How much does DVDFLIX cost once after the free trial?
A: The cost is $19.99 per month. We pay for shipping.
Q: How many DVDs can I have at a given time?
A: You are limited to three DVDs at a time, but they can be exchanged for different movies on your rental list as often as you want. Just watch and return the movies, and we will send you the next ones on your list!
Q: How do you decide which movies I get?
A: We don't. You do. What you put on your rental list in the order you decide is what we send. (Movies subject to availability).
Q: How quickly do I get the movies I selected?
A: Our movies are sent through Canada Post. After you sign up, the first three available movies are sent to you automatically. Usually it takes about two to three days by first class mail. You will receive an email confirming that the movie has been sent to you from DVDFlix.ca
Q: What locations do you deliver to?
A: We are delivering to anywhere in Canada.
Q: If I get three movies at a time, do I have to send them ALL back before I get more?
A: No. Whether you send back one movie, or all of them, we will send you the number of movies that you send back to us from your list when we receive the returns.
Q: How is there no return time or lates?
A: $19.99 per month is the only fee! You can keep the movies for as long as you want.
Just send them back when you want more.
Q: What happens if a DVD gets misdirected or lost through Canada Post?
A:
DVDFLIX uses Canada Post
Service to ship your DVDs. Through thousands of
DVDs we have shipped this method has proven
reliable for us. But occasionally a DVD may be
lost or misdirected through no fault of our
customers. Herefore it is our policy to accept
this risk. But we reserve the right to review and
in extreme cases to suspend a customers account
and collect replacement cost.
Q: Do I get faster service if I live closer to your warehouse in Vancouver?
A: Believe it or not it only makes a difference
if you live in a major centre (Toronto, Montreal,Calgary, Edmonton..) or a rural area. We at
DVDFLIX are processing your DVDs the day we receive them and make sure the replacement movies
are sent to you the same day. Your DVDs
leave for major centres (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton...) by late night same day, they
are at the home delivery plant the next day or third day by the latest. To make it to a rural
area it will take another extra day.
Q: What can I do as a customer to speed up the return time?
A: In
returning the DVDs back to us it is important to
choose a mail box with daily collection schedule,
collection times are posted on each mail box. The
fastest way to return your DVDs are to drop them
at the postal outlet if there is one near you.
